Challenging activities for the adventurous.
Try out Climbing and Abseiling on our outdoor climbing tower and test your nerve and skills on the High Ropes Course, Fan Descender or Zip Wire. Action Challenge is designed to be something families can do together and teams can enjoy. It's a unique opportunity to learn new skills, and a great way of making friends.
Abseiling
If you've got a good head for heights, learn to do an abseil from our 13 metre tower. Feel the thrill as you take control of your descent!
Challenge Course
If you feel happier nearer the ground and enjoy the challenge of teamwork and problem solving, this Low Ropes course is fun and enjoyable for all ages. There are many challenges including the Balance Beam, the 'Heebie Jeebie' and the Chasm Crossing.
Climbing
Learn the techniques of climbing on our 13 metre climbing tower, which has a range of routes from easy to the more challenging.
Geo Cache
Test your navigational skills on our high tech treasure hunt. Using a global positioning system (GPS) and a map you will have to navigate your way around the Village collecting a password as you go.
High Ropes
This is a spectacular ropes course involving a number of poles, ropes and beams. Our team of instructors will guide you through the different elements which all combine to provide a challenging course of climbing and balancing actions including the terrifying 'Leap Of Faith.'
Mountain Bike Trek
Longleat Forest is a superb setting for our off-road mountain bike ride. You'll need to be confident on 2 wheels and ready to tackle the varied terrain of our woodland trail. It may be a demanding route, but it's definitely exhilarating and satisfying.
Zip Wire
This is the ultimate rush! Climb to the top of our 13-metre tower (via ladders) where you will be attached to the wire. Then fly through the trees and abseil to the ground.
Tree Trekking
You are connected into the Expo Glider safety harness system whilst you tackle our Aerial Adventure course, experiencing the many individual challenges from the Postman's Walk, Burma Bridge, Hanging Platforms and Indiana Bridge to make the exhilarating 13 metres Power Fan finale where you will make a quick and controlled descent to the ground.
